If your organization wants to use any of the rooms, gym, cafeteria or kitchen we ask that you read over the Facility Guide and fill out a Building/Facility Use Form. Both of these items are available for download below or can be picked up in the parish office. Non-parish sponsored meetings/events require additional liability insurance, and a rental fee is involved.
Once your Building Use Form is processed, the date will be confirmed with you, and then scheduled on the parish calendar. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an event, please contact Kris Radtke, the Director of Operations, at [email protected] or call 608-742-6998 ext. 211.
